These terms and conditions govern your use of the DZ Beauty Birmingham website and services. By booking an appointment or using our website, you agree to these terms.
1. About us
DZ Beauty Birmingham is a beauty and aesthetics clinic based at 384 Boldmere Rd, Sutton Coldfield, B73 5EZ. You can contact us at info@dzbeautybirmingham.co.uk or on 07840 831186.
2. Bookings
- All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation.
- By booking, you confirm that any information you provide is accurate and complete.
- We may contact you before your appointment to confirm details or discuss any medical considerations.
3. Cancellations, no-shows, and late arrivals
- 24+ hours' notice – cancellations made at least 24 hours before your appointment are eligible for a full refund.
- Under 24 hours' notice – late cancellations may incur a charge of 50% of the treatment price.
- No-shows – if you do not attend your appointment without notice, no refund will be given.
- Late arrivals – if you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, your treatment time may be shortened, and the full price will still apply.

4. Payments
- All prices are listed in British pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable.
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card details.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
5. Treatments and consultations
- Some treatments require a consultation before they can be carried out. We will let you know if this applies when you book.
- We reserve the right to decline or discontinue a treatment if we believe it is not suitable for you, for example due to medical conditions, allergies, or contraindications.
- Results vary from person to person. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from any treatment.
6. Liability
- We carry professional indemnity insurance and all our practitioners are fully qualified and insured.
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the treatment you received. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.
- Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
7. Complaints
If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please let us know as soon as possible so we can put things right. You can reach us by:

We aim to acknowledge complaints within 2 working days and resolve them within 14 working days.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website – including text, images, logos, and design – is the property of DZ Beauty Birmingham and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
